The Hoot is a popular Farm-to-Table restaurant located on Route 1 in Northport. It is currently operating from April to November, serving both brunch and dinner. The restaurant has 86 indoor seats (including 8 bar seats) and 40 outdoor seats on a beautiful 1150 sq. ft. patio. It has a full bar and liquor license. The kitchen is small yet extremely efficient, with room for 3-4 people on the line, 2 prep stations, and a dishwashing area. It is equipped with an 80+/- square foot walk-in cooler, a large 8-burner range, 2 three-foot griddles, a grill, a fryer, and a convection oven. The restaurant has a loyal following and continues to show steady growth.
